All of the three songs above are part of the original soundtrack of Heroes of Might of Magic 4 (3DO, 2002). Composed by Paul Anthony Romero, findable on YouTube. Some other songs of the game were composed by Steve Baca and Rob King, but most likely not those.
I'd really like to know what's the deal with the cutscenes.
